SF Home Prices Hit New High

In June, records were set again for San Francisco’s median home prices, with MLS-listed single-family houses reaching $1.7 million, while condos were at $1.3 million, up $80K and $65K, respectively, compared to June 2018, according to Curbed. Among the most affordable neighborhoods was Bayview, with a median price of $912,500. Pacific Heights won the most expensive crown, with $5.2 million. Just a month ago, prices were reported to be falling by Curbed. This goes to show how volatile prices can be in a small and tight market.
