Meet Eric

An analytical and experienced agent with a passion for using his business background to help his clients grow their wealth through buying and selling real estate. Eric (애릭) Pai received his MBA from NYU while practicing real estate for five years, making him a strong asset for clients buying, selling, and investing within our competitive housing market. He has worked in brand management, operations, and finance for Fortune 500 companies such as Unilever, Vita Coco, and KIND. He leverages this experience to give clients a superior read on the housing market and transaction process. 

Eric has proven himself to be a trusted agent, responding to his clients promptly and attentively, with a personal touch catered to each individual needs. He takes immense pride in helping his community, co-founding WAVES, a mental health meetup group for Asian Americans. He also happens to be fluent in Korean (한국), which is ideal for international clients. In his free time, he enjoys Brazilian jiu jitsu, hiking, blogging, and traveling.
