Angelica Chai brings over 22 years of excellent sales experience in advertising, business development, and commercial lending to her role as a real estate agent. Her unique mix of financial savvy, advertising creativity, integrity, and ability to build strong business relationships enables her to guide clients through sound real estate decisions that allow them to realize their lifestyle goals.

Through her roles at AT&T, Wells Fargo, and Citibank, Angelica gained invaluable skills in prospecting, lead origination, marketing strategy, financial analysis, risk assessment, and relationship management. Her intimate knowledge of the sales process and track record of consistently exceeding her sales volume goals empower her to naturally excel as a real estate agent. A San Francisco native who has lived in the Bay Area for 45 years and worked with the business communities of San Mateo, Redwood City, Menlo Park, Palo Alto, Los Altos, Mountain View, Sunnyvale, and Cupertino, Angelica is deeply integrated into the Peninsula community on both a professional and a personal level.

Her experience as a Real Estate Investor:

· Researched properties and market conditions to determine which are favorable for rehabilitation and re-sale.

· Purchased and rehabilitated properties in San Francisco.

· Negotiated with vendors and contractors for supplies and services.

· Worked with the SF Department of Building Inspectors, architects, engineers, lenders, appraisers, and underwriters.

· Worked closely with contractors throughout the building process, while purchasing all finishes, and managing $1.5MM + budget.

Angelica spent her childhood in the Richmond district of San Francisco and earned her bachelor’s in Marketing from SFSU. After college, she moved to the Sea Cliff area of San Francisco, where she met her husband Michael. In 2001 she and Michael decided to move their family to Menlo Park, a city known for its excellent schools. Angelica’s residence in multiple regions of the Bay Area and her children’s integration into the academic and athletic communities of Menlo Park have given her a deep understanding of the micro-cultures of the Bay Area, allowing her to provide her clients with valuable insights that help them navigate the region’s housing market.
