Raised by investor parents (small-time landlord parents), I learned early on the importance of keeping an eye on one's real estate investment. Commercial real estate can be complex, but my general contractor father taught me that no big project is intimidating when the job is broken down into small manageable tasks. This is how I tackle everything in life. I'm also a true life-long learner with one too many degrees and multiple real estate designations and certificates. I just love to expand my knowledge for the benefit of my clients so I can better negotiate on their behalf, think ahead and creatively, and ensure they come out a winner in the transaction. I have been in real estate for two and a half years selling medical office buildings, single-family homes and commercial properties. I have worked with investors helping them analyze the profitability of retail assets, office buildings, multi-units, and I am very comfortable dealing with commercial brokers, lenders, investor buyers and their financial analysts. When you work with me, you will immediately get a sense of how thorough I am and laser-focused on helping my clients get through complex transactions as smoothly and stress-free as humanly possible. Clients love that I always answer my phone and I follow-up on things that needs to be taken care of as I pay attention to details. My goal is to get things moving and get my clients the most in their real estate transaction which they rightfully deserve.
