The area's two most affordable neighborhoods are Bel Air and San Bruno Park, both part of the downtown corridor. Bel Air features single-story, smaller homes and multi-family dwellings while San Bruno Park offers larger two-story homes as well as multifamily housing. New developments in the affluent Pacific Heights neighborhood, Marisol and Skyline Bridge boast larger homes with hillside vistas. San Bruno is also considered one of the most affordable cities relative to the rest of the Peninsula, with condo complexes that feature purchase options.
