Emeryville

Live

Historically, Emeryville has been a place of economic significance to the Bay Area. Beginning in the late 1800's, the city was a bustling industrial hub and has now transformed itself into the home of some of the most successful corporate offices (including Pixar, Peet's Coffee & Tea, Jamba Juice, and IBM). With a steadily climbing population, the city is working to ensure they are able to accommodate this growth. Many of the city's industrial buildings remain largely unchanged from the outside, serving as a standing symbol of its historical roots. Some newly refurbished buildings are now modern, urban lofts. New luxury condominiums boast scenic views of the San Francisco's Golden Gate Bridge.
