Our concierge services include, but are not limited to:

1. Have your property cleaned inside and out prior to your arrival

2. Ensure landscape maintenance is done

3. Check pool and spa for your arrival, have cleaned/chemical if necessary

4. Stock refrigerator and pantry prior to your arrival, you shop on line and we will meet the delivery, at your home

5. Provide airport pick up and drop off

6. Return to property remove all food/trash and prepare home for storage

Costs & Timing:
All services based upon cost, plus management fee.
